Magazine Leonardo DiCaprio is reportedly suing a French magazine over a cover story which claims American music star, Rihanna is pregnant for the actor but he is not wiling to accept the baby. The Great Gatsby actor’s lawyer has described the story as ‘pure fantasy’ according to TMZ.

Leonardo DiCaprio, who has been linked to Rihanna in several reports since early this year after they were seen together many times, was reportedly furious over the May 28 cover story. His lawyers says the story falsely claims the couple were expecting a child together but that the actor would not want to be the baby’s father and the website claims Leo’s team approached Oops! Magazine to tell the editorial team that the story was false but the story appeared all the same. In the lawsuit, Leo is suing for 18k Euros in damages and attorney fees which is the maximum allowed under the French law. Leo is reportedly not just suing because of the story, but also the use of images of him which goes against France’s privacy laws and the case is heading to court on June 16....
