Chris Brown is finally getting to leave the Philippines. 

"Manila It was fun, I love you all man!" the Grammy award-winning singer posted on his Instagram Friday morning as he walked with an entourage to board a private plane at an airport hangar. "Party tonight!" he added. 

Hours earlier, Brown, 26, was able to get a certificate that allowed him to leave the country, Elaine Tan, a spokeswoman of the Immigration Bureau told the Associated Press. 

She also said the R&B artist was cleared after "verifying that Chris Brown has no other derogatory record apart from the [immigration lookout bulletin]" that had been issued. 

Brown had been using social media in a plea to be let out of the country after being stuck there for three days due to a fraud complaint against him for canceling a New Year's Eve concert in 2014. 

Maligaya Development Corporation, which is owned by the politically influential religious group Iglesia ni Cristo, alleges Brown and his Canadian promoter John Michael Pio Roda, backed out of that concert after they'd been paid in full for a $1 million contract. At the time, organizers said they were told that Brown had lost his passport and would be unable to attend. 

Brown was most recently in Manila for a concert on Tuesday when he discovered he wasn't being allowed to leave.

He vented his frustration in a series of Instagram posts, some of which have since been deleted. In one clip he simply write "OBAMA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!," with a photo of himself pleading on his knees inside what appeared to be a hotel room. 

Come Friday, Brown was singing a different tune. He had a bounce in his step and wasted no time promoting his upcoming concert in China.

Still, Brown isn't completely out of the woods. 

On Friday, Justice Secretary Leila de Lima said prosecutors will summon Brown for a preliminary investigation though he doesn't have to be present for that part.
