First Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama planted the White House Kitchen Garden in 2009. Each year she invites students to join her in planting and harvesting this big garden of healthy foods. In this video by Tastemade, they’re showing us this year’s summer harvet with children from all around America.
It’s a great initiative and it’s excitng to see Michelle’s green thumb in action. Tastemade’s Frankie Celenza was invited to the White House Kitchen Garden where he cooked a few dishes using ingredients sourced from their garden.
