Criticize my University's school fee and face God’s wrath- Oyedepo tells critics, but here is our little question DADDY

One of Nigeria's richest pastor and founder of Winners Chapel, Bishop David Oyedepo, has told those criticizing the high fees charged at his Church's private University, Covenant University, to stop now or face the wrath of God. According to Bishop Oyedepo, the high fees being charged at the university is ordained by God.
In a telecast to a announce the church's annual programme, Shiloh 2016 Convention, Oyedepo said those criticizing the university's high fees were acting in ignorance and risked incurring the wrath of God.
According to him, an individual who criticized the church recently, suffered chronic mouth odour and was healed after he confessed to him.

“The school fees has Gods approval and is in accordance with the quality of facilities provided by the university in meeting the educational needs of the nation.”he said.

Covenant University charges N799,500 per session for 100 level students.
QUESTION Daddy, it's not your university, but God's University.  and God is the father of the poor.

so my little question is, if the poor can not attend a university God built, why was it built at first??
